impaired after four 12-ounce beers within two hours. This may vary

- 100 lbs.: 2 drinks (.04%), 3 drinks (.05%), 4 drinks
(.10%)
- 120 lbs.: 2 drinks (.04%), 4 drinks (.05%), 5 drinks

- 140 lbs.: 2 drinks (.04%), 4 drinks (.05%), 5 drinks
(.10%)
- 160 lbs.: 2 drinks (.04%), 4 drinks (.05%), 5 drinks

Whenever possible, appoint a designated driver.
